Catherine started practicing Yoga in high school while playing sports. Her love for yoga grew deeper in meditation and pranayama while training to become a yoga teacher. During the day she teaches yoga as a PE class for Palm Beach School District; she teaches yoga at Anuttara Yoga Shala and runs Anuttara SUP Yoga.
Being a student and teacher for life, she is devoted to deepening her practice mentally, physically and spiritually. Yoga has brought meditation, love, peace, balance, strength, knowledge, wisdom, courage and much more to Catherine’s life. She has studied Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Anuttara Raja Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Acro Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
Staying active with local water sports, Catherine is a Certified Lifeguard Instructor with American Red Cross. She developed the Anuttara SUP Yoga program and teaches paddleboard yoga with a strong emphasis on water safety.
Catherine has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University and has worked a variety of jobs in hospitality, finance and art. She is forever grateful for all her teachers and students and loves teaching yoga, guiding students to endless possibilities, finding peace within. Aum Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. Namaste.
